Join Karen for an exhilarating, but very simple to learn and enjoyable free-form dance program, integrating NIA, and designed to put the skip back in your step, the laughter in your life and the joy in your heart.

This is wonderful way to rediscover your fitness and to re-energize your life while having a great deal of fun, in a positive, supportive and loving environment. This is a mind-body experience as Karen integrates a coaching focus on reinforcing self-awareness, self-esteem and self-confidence.
