Join Karen for an extraordinary program of movement around a core of gentle, restoring yoga, pranayama breathing, therapeutic stretching, and a centering alignment to generate physical and spiritual well-being.

The goal is focus the mind, the body and the spirit to stimulate profound self-awareness, self-esteem and self-confidence. By combining physical movement with mindful coaching, participants will expose new possibilities for living as they expand beyond the boundaries of old behavior.

This is not just another exercise program but a whole mind and body experience that will stimulate new insights, release tension and stress and provide a path to greater fulfillment.

Meets every Tuesday morning from 9-10:30 am.
